Return Policy

  • Please reach out to me through Instagram within one week of receiving your order.
  • Include your email, order number, and photos of the issue.

What Happens Next?

  • I will aim to review your request within 7 days.
  • If your claim is valid, I will work with you to either arrange a refund or send replacement items.
  • If a refund is approved, Kleebr will return the money to the original payment account used for the order, in the same currency the order was placed in.

Can all orders from Kleebr be returned?

  • The return policy applies to most items.
  • The exception to this is one of one items. (One of one items will be clearly identified as such before purchase.)

How long do I have to submit a return or refund request?

  • Claims should ideally be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • I can be flexible if you are slightly outside that timeframe.
